Refunds are only available for orders where the product was damaged during shipping. Customers must adhere to the following conditions to qualify for a refund:

If you receive a damaged product, you must submit a claim within three (3) days of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Damage:
Along with your claim, you must provide clear evidence of the damage by submitting photos and videos of the product and its packaging. These visuals are essential for our team to assess the situation accurately.
Claim Review Process:
Once your claim is received, it will be reviewed by EnerVita’s team. We reserve the right to determine whether the damage qualifies for a refund or replacement based on the evidence provided.
Refund and Replacement Options
If your claim is approved:
Partial Refund: A refund may be issued for a portion of the order value. The refunded amount will reflect the extent of the damage and the specific circumstances of the case.
Replacement Option: You may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. If you choose this option, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to send the damaged product back to EnerVita.
Refund Issuance
For approved refund claims, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise communicated.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
EnerVita does not accept returns or provide refunds under the following conditions:
If the product was delivered in good condition and met the customer’s expectations.
If a claim is not submitted within the specified three (3) days after receipt of the order.
If insufficient or unclear evidence is provided to support the damage claim.
For minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product's quality or functionality.
Additional Considerations
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise during the refund process.
